ACG is a strategic project origination and collaboration platform.
ACG originates and coordinates early-stage development by:
- Creating alignment between stakeholders who rarely work together effectively
(government and PPP authorities/regulators, DFIs, private investors, developers, designers and engineers, legal/transaction and commercial advisors, operators, sport federations/leagues/clubs, event promoters, media/broadcast partners, academia/research, and host communities)
- Building credible pathways from concept to feasibility to bankability to delivery
- Establishing governance, process discipline, and impact measurement
- Protecting project integrity through structured stakeholder participation
What ACG is not
ACG is not a contractor, and not a substitute for developers, operators, or EPC firms.
ACG is the orchestrator upstream of delivery, enabling partners to invest and execute.
